Package a first , a third and N. Hand for Cincinati\'s #1. Package the other first, another 3rd and another player to Houston. Both these teams need a mix of players more than they need one big player. If they were to pull off the trade for the top pick I would try to move down a few picks and pick up another 2nd round.

I think the saints need speed and power at LB before any other position. There should be a good CB still available in the 2nd round.

The saints have too many picks this year to efficiently use them all if they try to make all the picks.

Why was Henderson not on anyones Draft board prior to the college season starting? I know nothing about the guy ... what is the story with him? Is he a first year wonder?

Are you talking about E J henderson from Maryland if so he was named d-fence player of the year in the ACC and he is you for the buckus award I think.

Henderwho?

FWTex who is this? Are you talking about the Defensive player who was drafted higher than expected in the last draft. If so his stock fell prior to the draft do to injury. But I heard he was a stud. How is he doing this year?

What are you retarded you want to give away Norman Hand. You must not realise how badly we get ran over when Hand is not in the game hence last year. The four games we lost where due to Hand not being in the game.

Contrary to what you write, hand was playing during the losses and was one of the reasons the saints were being run over all game long. Hand was playing poorly and was eventually replaced in the starting lineup.

By going to the 3-4 next year there will be less of a demand for Hand. Are you telling me you would give up the top pick for big Norm? Admittedly, the saints do not have a need for the top pick but it wold be nice for another trade that may get them into a better #1 pick they have now and possibly pick up an additional 2nd or 3rd pick in the process.

How can you talk about going to a 3-4 with the linebackers the saints have. You have to have speed at the position to run the 3-4. I dont care what they do in free agency they dont have the tools to run a 3-4. Norman Hand hasnt played bad lately, and plugs the middle pretty well most of the time. This isnt a team that is built for a 3-4 and wont be ready in a year for it.

i agree with whodat, the saints are not built for playing the 3-4, our strength on D is our D line with our 3 big DTs and depth at DE and charles grant will be much better next year and Darren Howard is turning into a pro bowl type player, with the addition of some speed at linebacker and at corner and the resigning of sammy knight, the saints, i believe, will have a top D in the league
