this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; It was a good game. It could have gone either way many times. The biggest play IMO was the Jammer interception. But in the end, the Saints defense really brought it and stopped our offense from coming back!...

Re: Congratulations Saints Fans
Thanks for being classy throughout no matter how the game went.
That being said, we were desperate for this game and I'd even say we needed it more based on the rest of your schedule Our defense didn't do much, then in the 4th it exploded, see what happens when you put in an undrafted relentless free agent (galette) a physical freak that's been moved from linebacker (Wilson) and the guy that will make sed Ellis stay on the bench for good (hicks) You've got a very good team there, this game just had to be the one that ignited us Final note - feel blessed that roman Harper actually caught rivers pass, he's got the name stone hands for a reason lol Again thanks for posting despite wins or losses, San Diego fans are classy people |

Re: Congratulations Saints Fans
Thanks, Bolts.
I don't know why (I'm from NY and have no other connection to San Diego), but the Chargers are probably my second favorite team. I still don't have a lot of hope for our season overall after the hole we've dug ourselves, so if it's not us enjoying watching our team hoist the Lombardi Trophy at the end of the season, I hope it's you guys. |

Re: Congratulations Saints Fans
I think you jinxed yourself when you told me I would know who Rivers was when he spanked our butts Sunday night...or words to that effect.
Thanks!!! |
