When the sun sets and the Dome lights up, Drew Brees is at his absolute best. He plays big on the big stage. No player in Saints history has risen to the occasion with greater consistency when the bright lights ignite.

We are a different team in prime time games, our offense seems to click when put under the lights and defense seems to attack more

Re: For the New Orleans Saints and Drew Brees, prime time is Nine Time

The Dome crowd is an entirely different animal in night games, as well. I don't think the crowd has enough time to work up a buzz for the noon games.

I think (but I might be wrong) that all the Saints' playoff losses have been daytime/daylight games, and the wins have all been night or second-game, late afternoon 3 PM or later kickoffs. I think I looked it up one time, and that's what I found, but that might be wrong. I do know Seattle, SF, the '87 Vikings and both losses to the Bears at Soldier field were all daytime games.
