Kudos to a few in the Chargers Saints game
I watched parts of the game again last night. Here are some some forgotten great plays, that impacted the game.
Roby - trips the return guy on the punt. No run back. Ingram (yes Mark Ingram) - Recovery of Drew's fumble. His recovery was so smooth it almost looked planned. Anyone that can snatch a bouncing, rolling football with zero bobble and run with it should be on the hands team. I know he does not have many fans here but if he doesn't pull that off the game outcome would have been different. Morale would have been crippled from the start. Anyone others? |

Ramon Humber, return guy was stood up with tacklers around him fighting for the ball, Humber comes in and blasts the returner

Pierre Thomas's Helmet!
The way it shot out of the moving pile seemed to fire everybody up. (seriously, Pierre was a game changer and a bad@#&) |

It still odd to see Interception and Harper being used in the same sentence.

Roby is a huge asset for the Saints. He continues to prove he deserves his special teams captain position.

I just wish they would get Roby used on more plays. Of all of our personnel he is one of the very select few that only show up side.
We need to use him until he is either League MVP or we find the downside. |
