"It's interesting because it seems now that Fujita is being suspended for contributing to a program outside the so-called Gregg Williams bounty program that gave money for forced fumbles and sacks," Brees said. "So now Fujita is being suspended for something completely different than what he was accused of originally."
Brees said that based on the letter Vilma received from Goodell, all of the NFL's players should be wary. "In Vilma's letter, it basically says no matter if pledges were disclosed or not, up for consideration or not, or paid or not, any actions or rhetoric that encourages injuring or disabling opposing players warrants discipline," Brees said. "In that case, I think that just about every coach and player in the league might be a little scared right now for anything they have said. It seems like these punishments have been handed down based upon speculation and rhetoric." Re: Drew Slams Bounty Probe
I told my wife this morning, after the Fox and Friends interview, that he could be fined for just saying what he said about Goodell.

Re: Drew Slams Bounty Probe
He has got plenty of money to pay the ines.
I like that he is willing to speak his mind and isn't a Goodell puppet. The interview got my day started off right this morning. |

Re: Drew Slams Bounty Probe
“I agree with everything Scott Fujita said in his statement,” Brees said in the Thursday morning NFL AM interview. “I thought it was a strong statement but certainly very true.”
On Wednesday, Fujita, now a Cleveland Browns linebacker, accused Goodell of abusing his power as commissioner for his handling of the Saints bounty case. Fujita had his three-game suspension reduced to one but criticized a letter he received from Goodell after the decision to reduce the penalty. For his part, in the Thursday interview, Brees echoed previous statements supporting Fujita and the other suspended players, including Jonathan Vilma, who still has pending litigation over his suspension. “Certainly our players are not satisfied with some of the things Commissioner Goodell has claimed or said. It seems like so much of his suspensions have been based upon speculation and rhetoric or the testimony of some pretty unreliable sources,” Brees said. “It seems like his decision changes quite a bit…at least the reasoning behind what his decision is. Now that were in the middle of the season we just want to play football. We want to focus on winning games.” Brees agrees with Fujita that Goodell is abusing his power | wwltv.com New Orleans |

The douche bag is still in charge. Wait for the legal aspects to evolve and Der Kommisar could be looking for a new job. Everyone accused needs to sue Godhell.
If they don't want to sue him then keep calling him out in the press. |

Goodell won't be able to do anything about brees, drew is expressing his right to free speech and even goodell knows that everything Fujita and brees said is true
