Apparently, Goodell and crew seem to think “it’s not a court proceeding” equates to "we don't need to be fair, honest or just".

It's almost like Goodell is begging the courts to get involved.

Fair and impartial mediation is a reasonalbe expection in any collective bargaining agreement between labor and managment. If one side or the other does not give or get impartial mediation, the court has the authority to step in. That's not just specific to the NFL CBA that's all CBA's.

But I'm probably preaching to the choir here.
