I have a program that plays video. It lets you pause and advance frame by frame. You can capture each frame as a JPG. Then I use Photo scape to convert them into an animated gif. It's easy but it takes a lot of patience.

And of course you have to have the game vid. I download Torrents of the game. Takes a lot of hard drive space.
