I was doing 100 push ups a day and 700 sit ups etc but I had to adjust that because I just couldn't breathe. It took me about a month to 6 weeks to get adjusted. These guys will have the benefit of oxygen and if I were them, I'd be using it like crazy. You sure it was the altitude, and not the Marlboros??
