Why Is the Defense So Bad?

The top concern should be OLB, perhaps even before the defensive line concerns.

A few weeks ago, I had the experience of watching a Vikings game (since many family members are Vikes fan) and then a Saints game and I will tell you that the difference in having a good OLB like Greenway on the field and not having one is visually very telling. Without decent OLB play you'll get gashed on the perimeters.

And that is exactly where we're getting gashed.
