If we are playing like that, that would mean our D has stepped it up big time (still not sold on D)

Me, neither. And it'll be something miraculous if they turn it around, even by the playoffs. Sadly, I just don't think we've got the defensive talent for a deep playoff run (see 2010 vs. Seahawks, 2011 vs. 49ers).
