Re: Great read on Bobby Hebert
“He’s got no filter between his mouth and his brain,” says Mike Detillier, his co-host, in the most affectionate way possible. “Some people won’t stick their neck out. He’ll stick the neck, the arms, the feet and any other body part he can out.”
......and that's why I always listen to him on WWL. |

Hebert had guts played during some rough years, no question one of my all time favorite Saints.

Re: Great read on Bobby Hebert
He was ok as a qb and ok as Saints qb. Good article. Real, relatable. Funny. It is good to see that he really did well and was smart about his money.
Too funny about his grandmother and that Herbert like RHofNY. I know, I know he is from Cut Off, LA. During Herbert's time, the defense was amazing and the place kicker was great. Hebert and the offensive line were ok. I think Hebert , as a citizen and person, he is a good guy. He never got in trouble or anything like that. He was great with the fans. Dutiful to his team. The Saints best qb's and there have not been many are , of course, Brees, then who. Hebert. Manning. Saints took Richard Todd over Warren Moon. I could never figure that one. Ken Stabler was ok and at the end of his career and really would have a good mentor if there would have been a really qb then for him to help. The league was so different then. Aaron Brooks years, ok. |
