Jon Gruden
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; With the Bucs, Gruden was barely over .500... Take out his first year with Dungy's 12-4 SB team and he's under .500 with that team. We don't need Gruden, we need a good coach....

I tend to agree however, he never really did have much offensive talent to work with and thats his M O. Anyway I would rather a coach like Cowher. If he is ready to come back. I did read somewhere that he has been talking to assistants around the league about possibly coaching under him if he went back. I have a feeling he may wind up in college.
