this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Did anyone see Charlie Brown's performance playing 100% of the offensive snaps at right tackle? 1 sack given up and best run offense of the season. How many of you were panicking over his start? Mr. Brown deserves some props....

And that's great news, not just for this game but for the team overall. I've been concerned about the depth of our o-line for two years now. I feel a lot better about it now. |

I figured anything had to be better than the way Strief had been playing this year... Dude is a turnstile.

Re: My First Compliment of the Second Half
Nah, Kromer didn't have to worry about throwing the pink flag and could focus back on his peeps. I was sure Charlie'd show up ready to play some ball.

Re: My First Compliment of the Second Half
Brown surprised me. We put in an extra tackle during the game at times didn't we. I remember Olsen getting a penalty.

Re: My First Compliment of the Second Half
I was worried about Brown. To date his play has been horrible, but what I saw Sunday really shocked me. I watched him on multiple occasions block two defenders on run and pass plays. He really had a very solid game. There wasn't 1 play that I could say was a bad or negative play. Props to Brown, keep it up.
