Compared to what Harbaugh likely says in the locker room, Williams little speech is probably weak sauce.

... and it is football after all. If anyone should understand that it's just motivational rhetoric and not harbor any ill-will, you would think it would be the guys that play the sport and hear it week-in/week-out ... good to hear the 49'ers are so full of compassion and human understanding, ... what a bunch of self-righteous, sanctimonious twits ... this is definitely a "Oh, STFU" moment ...
