I say Offense, I think the defense will make San Fran think twice about having KP as full fledged starter based off of 1 game.

It will probably boil down to turnovers. The main reason the Saints lost that playoff game last year to the 49ers was the 5 turnovers committed. To answer the question of this post, the offense will have the tougher of the time. The 49ers defense is very good and can create turnovers, but the Saints do have a type of offense that can beat them. I think the Saints defense will do alright, as long as the 49ers are not getting extra opportunities to score. Key on defense is stop Gore and make them throw a lot. I know the 49ers do have decent weapons in their passing game, but also I do not believe they can keep up with the Saints, as long as the Saints do not turn it over.

We had 5 turnovers last year vs 49ers and were still leading by 3 with 40 seconds to go, a complete defensive meltdown at the end of the game lost it for us
Cant let the 9ers control the game by running efficiently, they will go to the run so we have to stop it
on the other side of the ball we have to run, keep the defense off brees
Brees gets time and the 9ers fall, simple as that

Honestly, I cant recall a D that Ive ever trully feared with Brees at the helm. I mean I think that suspect O of the Niners will have to score at least 24, and our equally suspect D will have to hold them to 21?

I kinda go with the defense too. Yes, Brees has had trouble with 3-4 defenses and SF's defense is good too. However, consider the following if and I hope we do, but if we do the following: Keep all, that's right, all 5 RB's active. We could designate Cadet as a WR and sit Coby. He's been getting a lot of stupid penalties lately anyway and we need to stop that. Now look at what we would field, Colston, Henderson, Moore, Morgan, Cadet, Graham, Thomas, Ivory, Ingram, Sproles, PT, well, all I can say about that lineup is WOW. Who would want to face that? Who can stop all that talent?

The defense will struggle inside the twenty and tighten up in the red zone. But Drew will make up for that.
