The Falcons waived Ross on Tuesday after he missed more than a week of camp with knee tendinitis.

I really wasn\'t suprised that he missed his flight. He\'s been late for everything- when he was here in Dallas, they were always talking on the radio about how Parcells would chew his ass for missing meetings and the like. Missed more than a week of camp with knee tendinitis??? You blew your chance, welcome to the real world. Butt-load of talent, wasted.

However small this might appear to some, I think this is a very big statement. Just like the 15k we did\'nt give Henderson, the Saint\'s leadership is sending some very big messages to all of our player\'s. Do the right thing at the right time or we won\'t let you do it at all.

That\'s too bad. He probably could\'ve been a good dime back. But I favor players with good attitudes and work ethics. He didn\'t really sound like much of either...

Over the past year or so we have rid ourselves of a few individuals that have caused more disruptions than contributions...this is just another PROJECT we don\'t NEED.

Attitude is one thing, but a negative attitude is something the SAINTS don\'t need.

For once, I take my hat off to Haz for being a leader!
