I believe once your team is eliminated the classy thing to do is to pull for your rival.

I want to see us finish strong and start playing more of Martez Wilson, Traveris Cadet, Joe Morgan, Akiem Hicks, Corey White...

I'd even love it if the Saints would start Hicks in place of Ellis and really try White at Safety...

If your team loses and is out, and you are truly a diehard fan of that team that there is no one really left to be a fan of is there?

I'm Saints first. When that's not available I tend to gravitate to the underdog most of the time assuming I don't have a rooting interest against a particular team, like Atlanta, San Francisco, Chicago, etc.

In other words, sans Saints I give in to my hate.

Then I go for the long shot.

You can always be a fan of the sport ... some teams haven't got past the first round of the playoffs since the '50s, so if you want to watch any of the postseason, you gotta' kinda' latch onto another team,
