Re: Brad Childress shows up to testify in bounty hearing
Childress was TOLD to show up by his employer... cant fault a man for doing that, and this is Tagliabu doing what Goodell never did, being thorough. Any investigation has to go all the way back to the start to find intent.
The Ifs: If Childress says Kenedy told him that and Kenedy corroborates under oath then Judge Berrigan will know exactly where all of this started from. IF Kennedy denies corroborating with Childress then in Judge Berrigans eyes it looks like a concocted smear campaign... Testify Childress... PLEASE do. That way Kennedy can call you and the League liars, that way when it gets back to Judge Berrigan her feelings that this was unfair and just a campaign to give the league something to argue in concussion hearings will be true and justified and she can slam all of you. |

Re: Brad Childress shows up to testify in bounty hearing
Jimmy Kennedy won’t be testifying in bounty appeal
Posted by Mike Florio on December 3, 2012, 2:23 PM EST The involvement of former Vikings coach Brad Childress in the bounty appeal hearing was curious, to say the least. He has no knowledge of anything related to what the Saints were or weren’t doing; instead, Childress was the guy who complained to the league that the Saints had a bounty on former Vikings quarterback Brett Favre, based allegedly on information former Vikings defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy had provided to Childress. So Kennedy will be testifying regarding where he heard about the bounty, right? Nope. Kennedy tells PFT that he won’t be testifying, and that neither his agent nor his lawyer were contacted regarding the possibility. Basically, then, the only value Childress could have brought to the table was that Kennedy told him that someone told him the Saints had a bounty system. Does Brad know this won't make his hair grow back - or make him something more than a crappy coach?

Favre has zero respect for Childress and he's already stated that he didn't feel that the defenders play was cheating. Bring it on!! |
Re: Brad Childress shows up to testify in bounty hearing
Vilma needs to call in some random person who heard from someone else that it was all bull****. Might as well make a mockery of the mockery.
