No ****, Danno. Our team was sent through the worst hell in the off-season one could imagine and we still have a mathematical chance to make the playoffs. We didn't have our head coach whom I believe is the best in the league. We were decimated at right tackle which gave Brees no protection over the past few games.

Y'all can assume your asses off, but I have every confidence in our future. Damn, you sound like a bunch of whiny ass Cowboys fans. And they actually have a reason to whine!

My guess is a meddlesome owner who's arrogance prevents them from hiring a competent GM and coach who would likely field a dominating team with the money Jerry's willing to spend.

They are stuck with a bad QB, a bad head coach and a horrible owner. Their games are being played in a stadium with no home field advantage and above all ... they are Cowboys fans. They just plain ass suck.

C'mon Saints - let's just finish 9-7.

Assuming we don't make the postseason - which we probably will not - ending the season on a 4-0 run would be some nice momentum going into next season.

Plus, the D is starting to get better (yes "better" is compared to the worst D in history) and maybe the scheme will work with more time and more talent (next year).


And who knows - maybe the cards will fall in the right order for us.

This is our best chance to make it, IMO:

4) Cowboys - Lose to Saints and NY Giants win NFC East or Lose to Saints + one other game - @ CIN, PIT, @NO, @WAS

5) Redskins - ANY TWO losses - BAL, @CLE, @PHI, DAL

6A) Seahawks - 3 losses or 2 NFC losses - ARI, @BUF, SF, STL

OR

6B) Bears - Lose 3 games - @MIN, GB, @ARI, @DET

You are looking at it wrong buddy. Things don't go right for every team every season... In a lot of games....

Our scenario involves things not going right for other teams and by that nature are good for us.

The Saints winning out is the only thing we can control, and the only thing that has to go our way. Those teams losing is not based on our good luck, but on their bad luck, and bad luck happens for teams every week.

I would say there is a better chance of those teams losing than us willing out if your leaving it to luck.

Seattle would have to lose 2 to NFC foes in order to pass them. Losing to Buffalo would be nice, but doesn't really help.
