this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I wouldn't put our Defense on that list. I didn't expect too much out of them in the first place. Now our offense, I would put them on that list in a heartbeat....

I wouldn't put our Defense on that list. I didn't expect too much out of them in the first place.

What about Special Teams? Do they come under the Defense as part of this list? Watching Morstead have to make the tackles on half his punts and seeing Mack pancaked was a little disconcerting, not to mention the 280yd/58yd avg/97yd TD return game by the Giants.

Just sayin' ... trying to remain positive, but that was oogly.

I do. I think it is inexcusable. I think he should have been benched at the end of the Atlanta game just to prove a point that he is not above being held accountable. I know he holds himself accountable and all but he has been pathetic this year. I hope this is not his true identity without Payton and I hope we don't have to find out.
