30.2ml on Harper,Vilma and Smith
That is horrible.
How much would be saved from the cap just cutting them.?.

Vilma - 6 million
Smith - 7.7 million
Harper - 1.5 million (depending on how his bonus's are structured)

Then you have to replace all 3 with comparable players. Smith and Vilma look like no brainers, but its probably cheaper to keep Harper than cut him and sign a replacement.
