Starks isn't in his prime, but economics played as much of a part in his release than anything... Now, WTF are we signing a 5-8 safety?!? Michael Huff was available and affordable (yeah, we would have had to let Harper geaux, oh boy!?!) and we sign a nice guy on the back end of his career?!? Are we the Black and Gold or are we the Black and Silver?!?
