Chris McAlister Fine
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Chris McAlister was only fined 5k for tossing Donte' Stallworth's Helmet. Wasn't it the Saints who fined Turley 25K and sent him to anger management? I'm sure Kyle isn't happy...I wouldn't be either, but how's he gonna sue the NFL? ...

That was my point last week. He cant sue the NFL because they didnt fine him the Saints did. McCallisters wasnt as big a deal as what Turley did so the fine shouldnt be either. I dont agree with what he did, but it wasnt as blatant either

You\'re right it was the Saints that fined Turley $25,000 and sent him to anger mgmt. I guess he could sue the NFL, but on what grounds? If the fine were levied by the league it would be different.
