this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Thanks to the Vikings (another reason to hate them more)... If not them, looks like the Bears were going to boot us out in 90 minutes. Hopefully we'll finish up 8-8 since there's not going to be a ton of ...

Officially the offseason
Thanks to the Vikings (another reason to hate them more)...
If not them, looks like the Bears were going to boot us out in 90 minutes. Hopefully we'll finish up 8-8 since there's not going to be a ton of difference in draft picks between 7-9 and 8-8. Not having a losing season after the screwjob the NFL put on this franchise is a major accomplishment... |

Roger Goodell got exactly what he wanted, in the end...now the bigger question is whether what Roger Goodell wants is good for football, or whether this whole thing could have been handled better.

Took us too long to get going.
Shame as if we could have split the first 4 games like we should have we could have just sneaked in. Disappointed but the second half of the season gave me some encouragement for next year.A couple of clever additions,Coaches back and a good draft and it will be time to wipe the smile from the crapbirds smug faces. |
