League suspends Craver
August 24, 2004 METAIRIE  Beleaguered New Orleans Saints cornerback Keyuo Craver has been suspended for one year by the NFL for another violation of the league’s substance abuse policy. Craver, who served a four-game suspension last season for failing a random drug test, drew the penalty for at least a third offense. It takes two such offenses to draw a four-game suspension. It is the second problem to crop up at the team facility in a three-day span. Linebacker Sedrick Hodge received a four-game suspension on Friday. link |

What a waste.
Now our suspect CB depth just took another hit. I guess we\'ll be keeping our eyes on the final cut-down for a veteran. Are there any teams loaded with CB\'s like we are WR\'s and D-linemen? |
