I agree about Morgan probably taking Henderson's spot. It's really a shame we didn't use Joe more as it was becoming clear we weren't going anywhere. But he showed a lot of flash this year, and even if he never becomes a top two receiver on this team he will fill Devery's role just fine. Devery can still run, but for some reason he just isn't open anymore.

Also agree about Vilma, though I think it will have to be a significant restructure for him to return. He's going to have to take a massive pay cut, but he may very well have no other choice, so I won't be surprised if he stays. He shouldn't start, though. We're in trouble if we can't do any better than him. Love the guy, but he's lost more than a step.

An unrestricted free agent may sign with any club, with no compensation owed to his old club, through the first scheduled day of the first NFL training camp (generally late July). At that point, his rights revert to his old club if it made a "tender" offer (110 percent of last year's salary) to him by June 1. His old club then has until the Tuesday after the 10th week of the season to re-sign him. If he does not sign by then, he must sit out the season.
If no tender is offered by June 1, the player can be signed by any club at any time throughout the season.

An unrestricted free agent must have completed four or more accrued seasons with an expired contract.

Loomis is on record saying the Saints typically have 20-25% player turnover year over year. If the case, we will see 10-12 new faces in 2013.

On IR the Saints have;

Toon - WR
Arrington - WR
Romeus - DE
Tanner -WR
M. Jones - OT
C. Brown - OT
Baynard - RB
Chamberlin - LB

Just to name a few.

Arrington was released and tanner on the PS. would like to see tanner given a chance, he catches everything thrown his way.

Probably add Chase Daniel to the list. There are a couple or so teams he could probably get a shot at starting.
