Carmicheal: Payton's puppet and we don't need puppets. He proved this season he can not adapt or improvise during a season, at half time, much less in the game.

McMahon: We need a new ST coach period.

Ellard: You NEVER fixed the dropsies.

Fajole: Our secondary wreaked..

I am not calling for Spags UNLESS he brings in what he thinks we need on Defense and we are not in the top 15 next season... He gets a pass for this season because he didnt have the right tools for the job this season.

Read this and understand why. As you flip through each players slides you tell me how many of them preformed as expected.

Lovie is good because Chiacgo is a defensive minded team and they spend $$$ on talent for it to be that. He wouldn't have the budget like thta in N.O.
I don't see N.O. switching gears and spending loads on the other side of the ball. I like Sprags for one more year to improve.
Atleast this year we have everyone back.

um it was largely because of the absence of Sean Payton, Loomis. Does anyone believe we would be 7-9 with SP coaching ? ...um No.

I think everyone is forgetting one small matter...

while everyone else is hiring and assembling staffs, our Head Coach is still locked in the Commissioner Beat Down Phantom Zone, so...

HOW THE F*CK ARE WE TO LEGITIMATELY ASSESS AND TUNE THE COACHING STAFF WITHOUT OUR HEAD COACH WHILE RODGE IS PICKING HIS NOSE AND WAITING ON HIS STAFF OF RERUN WHO'S LOCKED IN THE HEAD AND DWAYNE-WAYNE IS TRYING TO FINISH HIS ACT TEST?!?

This is a multi-season Bullshinski!

My buds, xan and Oak, I agre. I like what Loomis is saying. What he is telling the fans is that they are aware some people really did not produce this year.

I doubt Sean Payton will replace the Special Teams Coach/Coordinator Greg McMahon as he a confident and friend to Coach Payton, this despite the awful production when you factor the very few plays when Thomas Morstead has not kicked the ball out of the end zone; and the denial state of Hartley to win games in Green Bay, the KC Game, and the near fatal misses against Dallas and Philadelphia...

But two candidates two consider...

Bobby April, who was on Andy Reid's staff in Philadelphia and is a two-time Special Teams Coach of the Year; he is local - Chalmette raised, Nicholls State Alum...

Alan Lowry, is the other, now recently released by the Titans; Lowry was the architect of the Music City Miracle and the Coach of what has been one of the few bright spots for the Titans - Special Teams. The Titans have cited they wanted to go in a different direction - now they want to suck in all phases of the game...

I drank the Williams kool aid dammit, I ain't sippin' from anyone else's cup until they can prove it's tasty. A decent DC takes who he has to work with and turns them into something that will at the least have a chance to work. When we enter the fourth quarter up by fourteen, which in Spag's language meant we're really down by seven, that's unacceptable. FIRE SPAGS! Get us somebody that doesn't need Tuck, Canty,Colfield and Umenyiora to be successful -or even mediocre!

Here's the dilema, if we keep Spags we need to bring in players that are better suited for his scheme, since he's shown he won't change his philosophy to fit his talent.

But, we're bumping the cap so it's gonna be difficult to acquire the type players he needs.

I really wanted Spags to work out, but I think the best fix right now is to replace him.

Del Rio, Nolan... ahh what could have been.

Exactly, we can't afford Spags. Lovie and Crennel are still out there.
