I hope this Isn't True , but It did Raise a question in my mind .
I think that Drew may have Injured his shoulder this year slightly yet enough to see a difference in the zip in his throws.
For example , almost every interception throw this season was the good old cock back and dump long to Henderson type play in which this season the ball just fell short and into the defenders range. I looked at some of his earlier work in the Saints offense 3 or 4 seasons ago and you can see a noticable UMFF on the ball he had then and doesn't seem to have now. The Ball just floated above everyones heads. He is still a HOF and my favorite QB of all time , but I did notice a difference. |
