He has had to decide many many close games the Falcons should of lost by kicking some decently long field goals, most over 40 yards. Not just this year, but in years past.
Yep. Check his longest for each year since 2004.

Matt Bryant Stats - Atlanta Falcons - ESPN

it speaks volumes.

each season as a Falcon its been over 50.

He had one season in TB with 50, and one with 62 which was an insane kick.

He has a good amount of 40-49 yarders to which was most of the game deciding kicks.

Its a No-Win Situation as far as I'm concerned. I hate both NFC teams but the lesser evil is SF. I feel that if SF wins the NFC they will win it all but if atlanta manages to win , they could easily lose in the SB. The falcons still are very beatable by the remainder of the AFC. I had hoped SF would never reach the playoffs ever again much less advance to the NFCCG, Same for the falcons. I probably won't even watch the rest of the playoffs much less the SB. I'll listen in to some of it on the radio but with the field of teams left, I just don't give a rats furry rearend.

Well if the Patriots win it might be all fine and dandy.

They are at least in a similar boat as the Saints, Pats got to go up against the NFL more than the Teams as well.

Field Goals, Luck and Roger Goodell can only get you so far. In this case to the NFC Championship with homefield advantage.

The Falcons have a very tough game infront of them... and IF they make it to the superbowl its still a tall order.
