I used PPF's ranking. As papz pointed out the other day, they're not perfect and their rankings can be subjective but I think it shows there are quite a few good offensive tackles on the market this season. Hopefully, that will drive the market price down. https://www.profootballfocus.com/blo...nsive-tackles/ |

The PFF list you linked is for both LT and RT and is ranked based on their 2012 performance. Some have less than 3 or 4 games. |

Eight of the tackles ranked ahead of Bushrod had over a thousand snaps. And only one has under 400 snaps. And you are correct this list includes both right and left. I haven't seen a free agent ranking list that differentiates left vs. right. I'm sure we could find one somewhere or we could go through the list ourselves. But I think the point I was making is still valid, there are literally a dozen free agent offensive tackles this season that are as good or better than Bushrod and that should drive the market price down. |

Re: Re-Signing Jermon Bushrod Saints Top Priority This Offseason?
Bushrod is the fifth best free agent tackle available...
But if and his agent want to get there's and the money is near the top of the market...well then we are going to have to upgrade and spend the money on either Clady, Long, or Fat Albert... |
