I find it hilarious too.

Off year is a relative term. He still had more catches last year than Pathon and Stallworth combined. Same with touchdowns and nearly matched the two of them with yards. Also Joe had a career high in TDs with 10.

He didn\'t get the 1300+ yards as he did in the three years before that. But he\'s still a really effective receiver.

3 three year sequence in the history of the franchise. All folks can nitpick is about minor things: he fumbles. He smiles too much. He should have sat down at the end of the 2002 season when he was hurt. He isn\'t consistent.

I find much more consistency with 3000+ yards, 20+ TD, fewer INTs every year, and improving accuracy and QB rating than anything else.

Worse than finding flaws, the continued call to get rid of him. Crazy man. Crazy.

Horn has been the Saints #1 receiver going on his 4th year. No one else has proven that they can do the job. Of course I\'m going to stand by him.

Joe Horn has gone to the Pro Bowl in 3 of 4?? seasons with the Saints. Last year, in an injury filled season, he had the most TDs of his career and just shy of 1000 yards. Yeah, he\'s terrible.

Honestly I can\'t understand why we keep having this discussion. Stallworth and Pathon have COMBINED for fewer catches and yards over Horn\'s last two season (and last year was an \"off\" year for Horn).

Joe Horn is the ONLY CONSISTENT star/performer on this team other than Deuce. Period. Bottom line: until another receiver PROVES on the field that he is even in the same arena as Horn, Horn is the best, bar none.

Just so that we\'re crystal clear, consider...

Over the last 4 seasons Joe Horn has AVERAGED 86 catches for 1223 yards and 9 TDs a season and been to the Pro Bowl 3 times. Other than Moss, Harrison, and TO, I don\'t know if you can find ANY other WR in the NFL with those kinds of numbers over the last FOUR seasons. Maybe Holt? You\'re crazy if you think there is a better WR on this team than Joe Horn. Again, Horn is the best WR we\'ve got by far until any player proves otherwise.

keep throwing his numbers up from 4 years ago to prove your point if you want but I\'m telling you horn is on his way down the hill, compare him to our other WR\'s if you want, one of which is never on the field due to injury and the other doesn\'t get half the looks that horn gets, if he got the looks i think you might be surprised at what he can do

horn\'s receptions and yards are down in the last year and while he had a career record in TD\'s 4 of them came in that ridiculous game against the NYG, couple that with the \'dropsies\' he\'s developed last year and this preseason and his on and off field banter/distractions (we\'re going 16-0 is just stupid talk), plus he ain\'t no spring chicken
