“It was just the wrong culture being (fostered) by the NFL. It was clearly a violation of the league’s historic culture that has been a systemic conflict to what we are going to try to represent in the courtroom in the concussion trials.”

I am certain they were reticent to engender a progressive and affirmative process that nonetheless still maintained a categorical and complete shroud of deniability should that be required due to an unforeseen influx of authenticity providing a foundation for the case the opposing view was actually factual.

How 'bout me for the next commish???
