Seeking a return man?
Why would we be looking for another return specialist when we already have 3 or 4 that could do it on a regular basis and who the hell is Dantzler anyway, is he that good or should I say any better than what we already have? The following was taken from an article in the Atlanta Constitution. I am posting only the part that applies to us:
Dantzler might be on trade list League officials said several teams have called the Falcons to inquire about acquiring a return man, either Rossum or Woody Dantzler, in a trade. The Cowboys, Raiders, Saints, Jets, Colts, Dolphins, Eagles and Lions had scouts at Friday's game. Dallas is believed to be interested in Dantzler. After the Cowboys cut him right before last season, Dallas coach Bill Parcells raved about him nonetheless. |

Seeking a return man?
Actually the article doesn\'t state that the Saints are looking for a return specialist, it simply says:
a) Dantzler might be on trade list b) Saints had a scout at Friday\'s game The connection between a) and b) is never made and I don\'t believe one can be made. That\'s one position we don\'t need to upgrade. |

You say the glass is half empty and I say it\'s half full, would not put it past the Saint\'s to be looking for something we don\'t need. I assumed the obvious and believe that\'s the way the article was intended, to try to make an assumption between Dantzler and the teams listed.

Seeking a return man?
Woody Dantzler came out of Clemson as a Quaterback I believe. I saw the kid make some good returns and has some good moves for a pretty solid guy. 5\'\'10, 209, he\'s pretty stocky and not your typical return man, but has some quickness. We don\'t need a return man, but I figured I would shed a little light on him for you CheramieIII.

Seeking a return man?
Anybody think we may have been there to scout a LB or CB?

Allen Rossum is a CB, he\'s not anything worth of note, just a dime back, but hes the one I imagine them looking at over Dantzler, even though I really like Dantzler as a special player.
