As soon as the players didnt kowtow to him over the suspensions he was never giving the pick back.
He wanted the players to say yes ok we did it,we deserve everything we get blah blah blah.When that didn't happen he was never giving picks back.

He is a man used to his own way all his life and won't like people saying screw you.
