The 14 million was part of a restructure that helped us out in 2010. He made less money in 2011 and 2012 combined than he'll make in 2014.

He knows it was strickly a cap move so I'm sure he'll be open to renegotionations.

Yeah, Smith's base salary for this past season was something like 800K because of the restructuring he did in order for Loomis to be able to give Brees the new contract he wanted.
