Barrett Ruud Trade - Saints lose 7th rounder

One lesser value present to open up but not a big deal. The scouts have to do some extra work digging through the bargain bin but I feel they will still find that decent flashlight with a motorbike hand grip.

Not true, he was replaced as a starter this season when Hawthorne finally got healthy enough to be in the starting line-up.

And the defense didn't improve, so it wasn't all on Shanle like most people here believed.

Theres lies the problem. We can't trade back if no one wants to trade up.

With a deep draft at multiple positions I could only see a few teams willing to trade up, and there will likely be many teams willing to deal with them.

A trade down may not get us much at all. It will likely just be a pick swap in later rounds.

Now we do have a few players that we could get a mid-rounder for, but its gonna have to be a player none of us really want to part with (Lance, PT, Strief, DLP etc...)
