We would be crazy not to snatch this guy up. Will he play 10 yrs in the NFL, probably not. His back condition will get worse as he gets older. But for right now, he'd be a steal at 15!

There is an article that clearly says you can get surgery to widen the space between the vertebrae and the nerves. Most people don't have the money for that, but Jarvis will pretty soon. Surgery has been highly successful according to that article, but obviously it's no guarantee.
It's more complicated than just arthritis. Arthritis, of course, is chronic inflammation, and you can treat it, but you can't really stop it as far as I know. Some form of arthritis leads to the narrowing of space with Stenosis, and when those nerves are being squeezed it causes far more problems than just pain. But if he can get that procedure done, it should hopefully lengthen his career.
I'm no doctor, I'm just going on what information I can gather. But I'm weighing the upside verses the risk, and I still think we have to take him if he falls. I really doubt he falls that far, though.
