As a Brees contract defender, this doesn't help
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I'm all for getting paid as much as you can but let's not forget we once had a pretty damn good QB back in the 70's but nothing else around him and we didn't do so good. I like money ...

I like money but I also hate to lose so I would have been looking for a happy medium if I were in Drew's shoes, but that's just me.
