Something needs to be done with the scouting for the top rounds.
While its not fair to call them all busts,so many high value and high priced(old CBA)have been wasted. Who was the last first round pick worthy of that number ? |

Under the old CBA, I think they hit 3 in a row with such players from 2004 to 2006: 2004: Will Smith (no matter what the situation is now with him; he deserved the 1st round pick) 2005: Jammal Brown 2006: Reggie Bush (just the buzz his pick created alone justified a 1st round pick, and he did have 1st round talent even though maybe not the 2nd pick of the year) |
