this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I don't wish anything bad for Daniel and I'd like to see him re-signed, but I just don't think the Saints can afford him, since he'll be looking for more than the $1M per annum he played under last season. ...

I'll be happy if he gets a chance to compete for the starting job with some other team - if it isn't any of the NFC South teams - and I'll be happy that I don't have to see him and Brees come together after a TD in those stupid choreographed celebrations ever again. |
