On what basis do you say this? We have not seen him play enough to know he can beat out Rivers, Palmer, and Romo, who are all decent QBs and long time starters in this league just on ****ty teams. If he could "beat them out" someone would have tried to trade us for him by now. People always say stuff like "He's going to be a starter somewhere and He's the next Drew Brees, and when someone says he's not they say "Why would you say he won't be a starter we have not seen him play" Well the same thing could be said to people who are so sure he's going to start and be a great QB. We just don't know.

Can you tell the difference between these two statements?

1-I think he can be a starter somewhere.
2-He will never be a starter anywhere.

For starters have you seen the QB situation in Arizona? Anyone would be an upgrade.
