Eagles signed CB Cary Williams, formerly of the Ravens, to a three-year, $17 million contract.

While Williams was a starter on the Super Bowl champion Ravens and posted four interceptions along with 17 pass deflections, he struggled mightily while under the microscope. During the regular season, opponents threw for 1,000 yards, six touchdowns, and a 91.6 quarterback rating while targeting Williams.

I'm liking our deal more and more.
