I don't know is that what New England resigned him for, doubt that they spent 6 million on a guy with back issues. Smith may have been a decent player at one time but at this point he snot worth the money they have to spend to keep him, IMO. I never saw him as an elite DE that needed to be paid what they were paying him. Thanks for the effort but need to get younger and need the cap room so BYE. |
