I think then the focus could shift to Eric Reid.. the secondary is Brutal for the Saints... |

I'm diggin Eric Reid, Kawan Short, Brandon Williams and what about Terron Armstead ( can you say screen game!!!) |

Sorry Hagan, spent way too much time watching B1G football last fall and Hankins definitely outplayed Short. I'd take Okafor over either of those two though.

I'd love to get Hunt but i think he will be gone by then. His potentional an upside is way to big to stick around that long.

Re: Football Gameplan's Inside the War Room - Saints
I really like Amerson as well, but I'd rather get him in the 2nd round if the Saints were able to trade down in the 1st, because I think Amerson would still be available in the 2nd. And like others, I doubt Okafor and Hunt are available that late in the draft, but it would certainly be nice if they were.
I'd also rather see the Saints pick up a NT in the draft, because placing Hicks in the middle would be misusing the young man and not playing to his strengths - he is a 3-4 DE all day long, IMO. But like others have already stated, I could live with that draft! Nice job once again! |
