Bad news on hearing the game today...
The NFL ("No Fun League") has put the squash on WJBO's audio stream. So this means that our "free ride" that we had last season (while others around the country had to subscribe to NFL audio)-- is OVER.
Sorry guys; I went to WJBO last night to make sure I could log on properly, and that there were no technical difficulties. Then, I saw the unfortunate news (that the website posted on the audio stream page). Hopefully, there will be no more blackouts for the rest of the season. I believe the Saints will start out right, and sellouts RULE for the rest of the season through the playoffs. Geaux boys! --Stealthman |

Bad news on hearing the game today...
Yes it\'s true, we had a link on the front page for about a day, but I took it down after I registered yesterday. But it\'s worth trying anyway, sometimes they put a disclaimer on the site to deter people from listening exclusively for the game. It\'s WJBO.com
From what they told me they worked out a deal with the NFL just before the NFL banned stations from transmitting and their contract agreement time was irregular. So we had another year or so left of heaven. NFL pass may be the only way to listen. Here is the link: http://sports.guide.real.com/partner...ion=6.0.8.1024 It\'s $9.99/month, which isn\'t bad considering some of you folks pay more for YOUR PORN subscriptions your wife doesn\'t know about! |

Sirius Satellite Radio is an option...of course I realize there\'s an investment there, but with a new subscription you get what they call NFL Sunday Drive. It\'s all the radio feeds of all the games.

Archie Manning has a pregame tailgate show on Sirius also.
But come on guys, $10 a month or $34 per year for all the games over NFL.com, that\'s not a lot. If you watched the game at a sportsbar you\'d spend at least $30 on a burger and beers. |

Yea, I paid the 35.00 to get the field pass, but I did\'nt realize I was going to get Buddy D. for that 35.00 too, hell if I would have known that I would have paid a whole 35 cents for that all season.
