He and most of the players on D suffered from "Doing someone else' job", instead of "Do your job".

Some players seemed to follow Spags and do as little as possible.

This is what happens when a veteran coach installs a brand new defense that nobody is seeming to grasp and you don't make any changes...

Which is a reason I think he was fired
