Falcons look really low considering all the new talent they added that will need to consume cap space in future years.
or maybe they won't over pay Ryan. What is the going rate for a choke artist... league minimum? |

There's a salary floor this year as well. Not that it's hard to spend money but Tampa is far below that floor, as of right now.

What the Bucs are doing is rather brilliant, due to the carry over. They can come in under the cap this year by $30M which will carry over to next years cap. Example: The Bucs could offer jimmy Graham a six year deal worth 42.8M making him the highest paid TE in the NFL. 15.3M the first year and 5.5M for the next 5 years.
