Re: State of the Team: New Orleans Saints
Yeah, but you guys can sure can make the rest of the thread absolutely worth reading. I'm usually skipping the articles and just reading the replies these days.

Re: State of the Team: New Orleans Saints
Exactly what I thought
Jury still out on jordan? He was by far our best defensive player last season and made the biggest strides from years 1 to 2 The term analyst is used very lightly these days, given to somebody who can make a mock draft or write a BS article |

So, can we talk about Rafael Bush? He looked pretty good last year in limited time...does anyone else think he may be able to step up for The Neck in the dime package?

I really wish we get a safety and a nice size corner in the draft.

I can see Devery Henderson coming back to the Saints soon as one of our WR go down.

Re: State of the Team: New Orleans Saints
to me it comes down to our run game and defense. No way our defense is as bad as last year. That right there has to account for a few more wins. Couple that with what is hopefully a better run game because SP is back and we aren't down by 20 points in the first quarter should help for a few more wins. I am not sure if we can challenge for the SB or not, but I think we are good enough for 10 or 11 wins.
