If you run 3-4, you must have skilled players behind the down linemen, end of story. For a 3-4 defense, Vicarrio makes most sense. For a 4-3 defense, Floyd would have been the choice.

Like I said, people are nervous because so many things hinge on Ryan, the 3-4, and how he fits the pieces of our defense into a team.
