I was happy with the Vaccaro pick. I did want us to get a good edge rusher in the draft, but there are some decent prospects in free agency.

I loved the Pick also sum people thought it would be a reach at pick 15 but I believe he will be a instant impact and upgrade our Defense

At the very least, he's gonna shake up our defensive backfield. And damn does it need some shakin' up. Oak called Harper gone. I said only if we draft a safety. Not only did we do that, but we took what was pretty much the best by consensus of the talking heads. Training camp will tell, but don't be surprised to see us neckless by the end of it. Don't even start on JenkinsI he'll still be here.

Oh yeah, I also said if Vaccaro fell to us we'd trade the pick. It's good to be perfect.

I don't see Harper or Jenkins going anywhere. Vaccaro plays slot corner in his first year, and we have 3 big thumpers on the field at the same time...

Jenkins really isn't as bad as people make him out to be, sure he gets out of position and some times takes bad angles but I believe it all comes back to Roman Harper because Jenkins has to cover so much of the field overcompensating for Harper's deficienies and I mean Many deficiencies he can't do anything on the field but rush and he is getting to where he can't do that because the Defense knows if he's on the field he's almost always knows he will either be blitzing or atleast in the box! With 4 LBs on the field at all times that takes away his shots to get on the field! He basically can't be on the field without causing a mismatch in coverage because the OC schemes around just that trying to get Harper mismatched on basically anybody he sucks so bad! Watch Malcom will benefit the most from Vaccaro because I see him moving to Strong Safety and Vaccaro will probably be Free Safety but mainly in today's NFL you need 2 FS basically every safety that can't cover will struggle because the amount of pass first offenses out there almost everyone out there has significant pass plays!

It's too easrly to tell obviously. But my initial gut instinct in rounds 1 & 3 felt good. I don't know enough about our late round draft picks yet.I don't know enough about our later round draft picks though.........and thanks to all the members who share their knowledge.
